How do I search my own listings (customer view)?

For details about managing your listings manually using internal tools, as opposed to the customer view, click here.

You can always search and view your active listings, just as customers search and view them. There are multiple ways of viewing your active listings.

To narrow your searches to just your own books, first go to your public profile page on BIBLIO. There are a number of ways to get to that page. Once you land there, you can bookmark it, to make it easy on yourself in the future.

Getting to your BIBLIO online store/home page:

You will see your own name and store name in the upper right-hand corner of your BiblioDirect menu. Click on person icon and choose "View my store online" from the drop-down menu that appears. Note that any time you see your bookstore name underlined on BIBLIO, that's a link to your public profile page. Your business name appears as a link in all of your listings.

From your public profile page, you can search your own listings using any of the criteria in that search form. You can also perform a "blank search" by clicking on the "Find Books" button without entering any criteria into the search fields. The search results will then include all of your active listings.

You will be able to sort those results by a number of different criteria using the "SORT BY:" drop-down menu at the top of the list of search results, and you will be able to filter the results using the filtering options on the left side of the page.

Any Biblio user, including you, can search for your store on our Bookstores page. From there, any user can search just your inventory.
