Introducing BIBLIO's New Top Seller Program
We're happy to announce something that has been in the works: the launch of BIBLIO’s Top Seller program. This new designation recognizes booksellers who consistently go above and beyond for our customers, providing not only extraordinary service but also reliable fulfillment and an overall professional and trustworthy experience from start to finish.
A BIBLIO Top Seller is more than a high-volume shop, but it’s a bookseller who demonstrates real commitment to quality of service to all of our customers.
To achieve the Top Seller designation, a bookseller must:
- Have been a BIBLIO bookseller in good standing for a minimum of one year *
- Must have a minimum inventory of 100 books, and all inventory must be in stock (not dropshipped from a supplier) *
- Maintain a fulfillment rating of 95% or greater on domestic orders
- Maintain a fulfillment rating of 90% on international orders
- Provide tracking information on at least 90% of their domestic orders (US only)
- Maintain a refund rate of less than 2.5%
- Maintain an average customer feedback rating of at least 4.5 (out of 5)
- Maintain an account status in good standing
